The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on November 7, 2023.


Janks Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations, and to change the use from Financial Institution to Recycling Depot on this site, consisting of:

  • A proposed floor area of 2,410 sq. ft.
  • Hours of operation:
    • Seven days a week: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
