The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on January 18, 2022.


Jeff Henderson Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To change the use of approximately 340.8 m² (3668 sq. ft.) from a retail store to a Fitness Studio - Class 2 in this existing six-storey mixed-use building

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (647) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
