LQ Design Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop Multiple dwelling containing three dwelling units (Triplex) and a Single Detached House on this site, consisting of:
A proposed height of approximately 34.8 ft./ 10.6 m for the Triplex
A proposed height of approximately 25.8 ft./ 7.9 m
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (approximately 4,300 sq.ft./ 400 m²)
Four vehicle parking spaces (two surface spaces and two with the attached garage) having access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
