2725-2751 Kingsway (DP-2021-00689) development application

The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on February 17, 2023.


Coromandel Kingsway Development BT Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

  • Two 10-storey towers, connected by 5 and 6-storey podiums
  • A total of 217 strata-titled residential units;
  • Commercial uses on the ground floor;
  • A building height of 34.6 m (114 ft.)
  • A FSR of 3.8
  • Three levels of underground parking accessed from the lane with 212 vehicle parking spaces and 437 bicycle parking spaces

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
