VictorEric Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey plus basement stacked eight-unit multiple dwelling, consisting of:

  • A proposed height of 11.5 m (37.7 ft.)
  • A proposed overall floor space ratio of 1.20 (745.7 m² / 8,023.5 sq. ft.)
  • A total of five parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
