2607 W 16th Ave (DP-2021-00742) development application

MGBA Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and to expand the existing Restaurant – Class 1 at 2603 W 16th Ave into the adjacent unit and change the use from Retail Store to Restaurant – Class 1 at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Total of approximately 2,326 sq. ft. (216.1 m²)
- Proposed hours of operation:
- Monday's: 4 - 10 pm
- Tuesday to Sunday: 12 – 10 pm
Under the site’s existing C-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
