  • Two five-storey buildings along 41st Ave
  • 12 townhomes facing the alley
  • All units are rental, secured under the City Secure Rental Policy
  • Proposed FSR of 2.20
  • Proposed building height of 15.8 m (55.1 ft.)
  • Above one-level of parking

Under the site’s existing RR-2B (Residential Rental) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
