2592 Eton St (DP-2021-00262) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on June 10, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at iman.jaaffer@vancouver.ca 


Quantum Construction Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling to a one-family dwelling with a secondary suite (Building 1)
  • Develop a one-and-half-storey, one-family (Infill) dwelling (Building 2) on the rear portion of the site
    • A total height of approximately 25 ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.2 (approximately 806 sq. ft.)
  • Provide two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
