The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on February 16, 2022, and was refused.  

It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Lightbox Enterprises Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and a change of use from Retail Store to Cannabis Store in this existing commercial building:

  • Hours of operation: 9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week

Under the site’s existing C-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
