Urban West Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a four-storey plus a roof top amenity level apartment building on this site, consisting of:
- 26 Secured Market Rental Units
- A proposed floor area of approximately 16,452.7 sq. ft./ 1,528.5 m²
- A proposed height of 50.9 ft./ 15.5 m
- 10 surface parking spaces, with vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s proposed RR-2A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
