IBI Group Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 28-storey, mixed-use building containing Retail, General office and Secured Market Rental Housing on this site, including:
- A total of 258 dwelling units:
- 200 market rental units
- 58 Moderate Income Rental Housing
- A proposed FSR of 10.5 (197,038 sq.ft.)
- A proposed height of 87m (285 ft.)
- Five levels of underground parking, providing a total of 174 parking spaces having vehicular access from lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
