Janks Design Group has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to:
- Alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling (Building 1) to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing two dwelling units with:
- Total height of approximately 30 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.72 (approximately 2,990 sq. ft.)
- Develop an infill one-family dwelling (Building 2) at the rear of the site with:
- Total height of approximately 25 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.2 (approximately 806 sq. ft.)
- Two parking spaces provided, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RS-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
