  • To alter and convert this existing character one-family dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing two dwelling units consisting of:
    • A total height of approximately 28 ft.
    • A total FSR of 0.6 (approximately 2,350 sq. ft.)
  • To develop a one-and-half-storey one-family (Infill) dwelling (Building 2) on the rear portion of the site consisting of:
    • A total height of approximately 25 ft.
    • A total FSR of 0.25 (approximately 1,000 sq. ft.)
