An appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on September 13, 2022 and was ALLOWED, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning. A Development Permit was issued on September 13, 2023.
Arcus Consulting Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Add approximately 486 sq. ft. of storage space to the rear of the existing retail (Grocery) store in place of the existing three parking spaces and one class B loading space
- A Floor Space Ratio of 1.05 (3,216 sq. ft.)
- Height; no change; permitted 35.1 ft.
Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
