The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on September 17, 2021, and was refused.  

It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Arcannabis Enterprises has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use, at the above-noted address, to a Retail Cannabis Store consisting of:

  • Approximately 2,955.0 square feet
  • Proposed hours of operation: 9 am – 11 pm, seven (7) days a week

Under the site’s existing HA-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
