The Director of Planning approved the application on May 5, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


The City of Vancouver has received an application to develop a 14-storey mixed-use building, and a six-storey multiple dwelling, containing 179 rental units combined.

The proposal includes the following:

  • Height of 52 m (169 ft.)
  • Total FSR of 4.099
  • Two levels of underground parking with vehicular access form the rear lane

This proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
