239 E 16th Ave (DP-2021-00533) development application

TKA+D Architecture + Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A three-storey multiple dwelling building, containing four strata market units and two secured market rental units
- Total height of approximately 35.10 ft.
- Total Floor Space Ratio: 1.39 (approximately 8,402.00 sq. ft.)
- One level of underground parking, providing a total of five parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4N zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
