HUX Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A new two-family dwelling at the front (Building 1) and to develop a new two-family dwelling at the rear (Building 2)
  • A total height of approximately 33 ft. for (Building 1) and of approximately 25 ft. for (Building 2)
  • A total site Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 (approximately 5,960 sq. ft.)
  • Provide four parking stalls having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
