- Building 1: a floor space ratio of 0.51 (3,224.50 sq. ft.)
- Building 2: a height of 25.11 ft.
- Building 2: a floor space ratio of 0.24 (1,548.65 sq. ft.)
- Total of four parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
