The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 23, 2024.


Intracorp Projects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A five-storey, plus amenity apartment building and a two, plus partial storey townhouse, consisting of:
    • 150 Secured Market Rental Units
    • A proposed floor area of 94,546 sq.ft. (8,784 m²)
    • A proposed height of 54.5 ft. (16.61 m)
    • One level of underground parking, having vehicular access from Vine St

Under the site’s proposed RR-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
