JKCE ProBuild Contracting Corp., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey mixed-use Residential Building with Retail use on the underground level, Restaurant Class-1 use on the first and second floor levels and two rental dwelling units on the third-floor level, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 41 ft.
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 3.0 (approximately 10,770 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
