SR Engineering Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to complete a Minor Amendment to previously approved DP-2020-00835 and DP-2018-01026 on this site having five multiple dwelling buildings. Proposed scope includes:

  • Removal of trees (24 additional to DP-2020-00835, for a total of 48) due to required excavation and piping
  • Revisions to subsequent replacement trees and landscaping

Under the site’s existing CD-1(56C) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
