The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-4 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 25-storey residential rental building with a four-storey podium and the conservation of two heritage houses. The proposal includes:

  • 251 rental units with 20% of the floor area secured for below-market rental units;
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 7.15; and
  • A building height of 79.9 m (262 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space.

This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.

The previous version of this application did not include 2407 Yew Street and was for a 23-storey building with a total of 224 rental units. The floor space ratio (FSR) of 7.15 remains unchanged.
