Simplex + G Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A four-storey, mixed-use residential building consisting of 24 secured market rental dwelling units, restaurant use and parking at grade and having vehicular access from the lane
  • A proposed height of approximately 13.8 m (45.28 ft.)
  • A proposed overall Floor Space Ratio of 2.49 (1,997.2 m² / 21,498.0 sq. ft.)
  • A total of five parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
