2209 Trafalgar St (DP-2021-00170) development application

The Director of Planning approved the application on June 1, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at iman.jaaffer@vancouver.ca 


MJS Design Limited has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey plus basement, two-family dwelling with a detached garage at rear, providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
  • Total height of approximately 34.60 ft.
  • Total Floor Space Ratio: 0.75 (approximately 3,604.00 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
