- A height of 10.97 m (36.00 ft.)
- A site Floor Space Ratio of 1.17 (approximately 7,031.00 sq. ft.)
Under the site’s existing RM-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
