David S. Mah Architect has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert the existing five-unit Multiple Conversion Dwelling (MCD) to a four-unit MCD containing one dwelling unit in the basement, one dwelling unit on Level 2, two dwelling units on Level 3 and to convert the existing dwelling unit on Level 4 to attic space, for a total of four dwelling units;
    • No change in peak height
    • A floor space ratio of 0.55 (3115 sq. ft.)
  • To demolish the existing accessory building (garage) having two parking spaces with access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-6 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
