2107 Macdonald St (DP-2021-00199) development application

Formworks Architectural Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-storey, one-family dwelling with a detached one-car garage (carport) providing one parking space, having vehicular access from the lane
  • A height of approximately 10.7 m (35.10 ft.)
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 0.83 (approximately 185 m² / 1,991 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
