The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on June 26, 2024.
Anthem Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a four-storey mixed-use building with retail on the 1st floor and residential on the 1st floor to 4th floor containing a total of 111 secured market rental dwelling units, with:
- A proposed height of approximately 15.0 m (49.3 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 2.81 (7,912 m² / 85,166 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking providing 116 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
