The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on June 10, 2024.


Elite Design Firm has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey, one-family dwelling with a secondary suite located in the Basement with an attached garage, providing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing RS-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.

Review of design guidelines applicable to one and two family dwellings in this district has been streamlined, as per the Council report of June 8, 2021, as a temporary measure for one year. On June 7, 2022, Council extended the streamlined review process for an additional two years.
