2050 Rupert St (DP-2021-00851) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on December 14, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Beulah Garden Homes Society has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- A six-storey multiple dwelling, social housing;
- 64 dwelling units for seniors
- An approximate floor area of 3,250 m² (35,000 sq. ft.)
- An approximate height of 10.8 m (35.5 ft) from Rupert Street
Under the site’s existing CD-1 (9) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
