Studio Balcaen Kwan Architecture and Design Inc. applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A two-and-one-half-storey, single family house and a detached garage containing two parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
  • A total height of approximately 35.10 ft.
  • Total Floor Space Ratio: 0.75 (approximately 2,972.2 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-9 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
