The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on November 22, 2022, and was refused.  It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Lanefab has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a three-storey one-family dwelling consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately 34 ft.
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 2.24 (approximately 1,200 sq. ft.)

Under the site’s existing RT-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
