The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 25, 2022.


The Cultch has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to add outdoor patio seating for this existing Heritage Vancouver East Cultural Centre building, including:

  • A total of 36 occupancy in the patio
  • Hours of operation: Wednesday to Saturday, 5 pm - 11 pm

Under the site’s existing CD-1(433) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
