TL Housing Solutions has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a six-storey, mixed-use building. The proposal includes the following:

  • 64 units of Social Housing
  • A ground level amenity space
  • An approximate floor space ratio of 2.92
  • An approximate floor area of 4,799 m² (51,652 sq. ft.)
  • An approximate height of 19.1 m (63 ft.)

This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on May 18, 2021, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
