The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on April 13, 2022.

The City of Vancouver has received a request for permission to develop the following in the existing mixed use building on this site:

  • To change the use of approximately 1,089 sq. ft. from a Retail (convenience store) to a Service Use (dog daycare)
  • A Floor Space Ratio of 1.28 (3,216 sq. ft.)
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Sunday to Saturday 7:00am to 6:00pm daily, excluding holidays

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
