Smithcraft Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to this existing multiple dwelling, consisting of:

  • Enclosing several balconies
  • Adding a mezzanine/loft area to nine suites
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.19 (approximately 39,945 sq. ft.).

Under the site’s existing RM-5 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
