The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on May 29, 2023.


RWA Group Architects LTD has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and relocate an existing four-storey Multiple Conversion Dwelling and to develop a six-storey Multiple Dwelling, consisting of:

  • 133 Secured Market Rental Units
  • A combined proposed Floor Area of 83,163 ft2 (7,726 m2)
  • A combined FSR of 2.86
  • A proposed height of 67.3 ft. (20.5 m)
  • One level of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
