Stantec Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a one-storey plus mezzanine commercial building containing a Retail Store, at the above-noted address, consisting of:
Total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 17,643 sq. ft.)
Proposed height of approximately 38.1 ft.
21 parking spaces provided having vehicular access from East Hastings Street and the lane
Under the site’s existing MC-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
