The City of Vancouver has applied for an application to develop a four-storey, mixed-use building consisting of:
- Public Authority use (Fire Hall) on levels one and two, including five truck bays
- Office use on levels three and four
- A total proposed Floor Area of 37,813 sq.ft. (3,513 m²)
- A total proposed FSR of 1.82
- A proposed Height of 68.5 ft. (20.9 m)
- Two levels of underground parking, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the sites proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
