The Development Permit Board approved the application on November 9, 2020, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Facilitator directly at jaimelynn.borsa@vancouver.ca 

Metric Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Five-storey residential building
  • Secure market rental units, with 20% of the floor area permanently secured for moderate income households
  • A floor area of 4,180 m² (44,784 sq.ft.)
  • Building height of 20.0 m (66 ft.)
  • Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.53
  • Underground vehicle and bicycle parking

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
