BHA Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site a six-storey, mixed building, consisting of:
- 20% allocated to Moderate Income Rental Housing Program
- 859.02 m² (9,246 ft.) commercial at grade
- A total floor area of 7,891.91 m² (85,012 sq. ft.)
- A total floor ratio of 2.30 FSR
- Three levels of underground parking, accessed from W 2nd Ave
Under the site’s FCCDD zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.
