Sightline Properties Ltd., has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a nineteen (19) storey and twenty (20) storey mixed-use residential building connected with a three (3) storey podium, consisting of:

  • Two-hundred & eighty-two (282) Secured Market Rental units with 20% of dwelling unit area secured as below-market rental
  • One commercial Retail unit at grade
  • A proposed FSR of 6.80 (212,415 ft2)
  • A proposed height of 66.51 m (218.2 ft.) at East Tower to top of mechanical appurtenances, and 64.21 m (210.66 ft.) at West Tower to top of mechanical appurtenances
  • Four (4) levels of underground parking, providing one-hundred & forty-five (145) parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

This rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing of December 10, 2024. Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
