The Director of Planning approved the application on October 25, 2021, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Stantec Architecture Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A five-storey, mixed-use building including a motor vehicle wash and mini-storage warehouse
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.42 (118, 574 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of 73 ft.

Under the site’s existing I-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
