Revery Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop:
- A 40-storey residential tower containing 128 strata units with a six-storey podium
- Building height of 111.98 m (367.4 ft.)
- Total FSR of 10.8
- Five levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
