IBI Architects has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- A 43 storey residential building
- A total of 211 residential strata units
- 66 secured rental replacement units
- A maximum building height of 117.3 m (385 ft.) from grade
- A total floor area of 24,299 m² (261,557 sq.ft.)
- Seven levels of underground parking with 255 parking spaces
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
