  • A proposed height of approximately 35.1 ft. for Building 1 and 25.13 ft. for Building 2
  • Attached three car garage and a surface parking at the rear, providing a total number of four

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
