Anthem Developments Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A 33-storey residential tower, with a building height of 99.25 m (326 ft.)
  • A total floor area of 16,528 m² (177,903 sq. ft.)
  • A FSR of 9.39
  • 126 residential strata units
  • 213 vehicle parking spaces and 335 bicycle stalls

Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Development Permit Board.

The application is being considered under the West End Community Plan(External link) and Rezoning Policy for the West End(External link).
