The Director of Planning approved the application on April 13, 2022, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


Aform Development Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Building 1: to alter, add and convert this existing character one-family dwelling to a one-family dwelling with secondary suite
    • Total height of approximately 26.93 ft.
    • Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) 0.37 (approximately 2,347.00 sq. ft.)
  • Building 2: to develop a two-family infill dwelling at rear
    • Total height of approximately 25.26 ft.
    • Total Floor Space Ratio (FSR) 0.43 (approximately 2,783.00 sq. ft.)
  • Three parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-10 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
