Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey, residential building including:

  • 35 secured market rental housing units
  • A floor area of 2,656 m²
  • A floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.19
  • A building height of 17.2 m
  • 23 parking spaces (including one car share)

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing, on September 17, 2019. Among the conditions of Council’s enactment, the applicant must obtain approval of the development permit.
